Roller conveyor is suitable for conveying all kinds of boxes, bags, trays and other goods. Bulk materials, small items or irregular items need to be conveyed on pallets or in turnaround boxes. it can convey material with large weight or bear large impact load.The transition of depressive connection between roller conveyor lines can be completed by using multiple roller lines and other conveyor equipments or special units to form complex logistics conveyor system and shunt and confluence system. Please specify the following requirements when ordering roller conveyor line, so that our company can design and produce according to your needs. Thank you.
1. The length of the conveyor line and the width of the roller (or the length, width and height of the workpiece);
2. The load of the conveyor line per meter (or the weight of the workpiece);3. The height of the conveyor line;
4. Whether the height needs to be adjusted;
5. Whether the roller surface needs to be higher or lower than the variable beam (if not required, the roller surface is generally 10-20 mm higher than the side beam);
6. The bottom surface of the goods loaded;
7. Are there any special working environment requirements (e.g. humidity, high temperature, impact of chemicals, etc.);
8. In order to ensure smooth delivery of goods, at least three rollers must be kept in contact with the goods at any time. The soft bag packaging must be transported by pallets.
9. lf you need to turn, please indicate the angle of the turn.
10. Driving mode: No power or power. lf power transmission is needed, please ask colleagues to explain the transmission speed.
